    1T chia seeds
    2T almond butter
    1 banana, peeled
    ½ cup diced fresh pineapple
    1 cup almond milk
    1\4t vanilla extract

i use almond/coconut milk


Directions

put all ingredients in a blender and blend until fruit is smooth. Serve immediately.
