Introduction

Ingredients

Cut cauliflower into small florets.
Dice onion.
Mince garlic.
Chop parsley.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. In a large pot or dutch oven, brown turkey in two tablespoons of olive oil. Remove from pan. Add cauliflower to pan and cook until slightly brown. Add garlic and diced onion and cook until onion is translucent. Add turkey back to pan and add crushed tomatoes, crushing more with hands, if needed. Bring to a simmer and add parley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
