Ingredients

    1 box Hodgson Mill Cinnamon Muffin Mix
    3/4 cup soy milk
    2 tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. backing powder
    cinnamon (to top muffin with)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9 muffin cups. Mix all of the ingredients together. Mix well until moist (you may have to add some water to the batter). Spoon into muffin cups. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Best when served warm. Makes 9 muffins.
