Ingredients

    Red Onion Raw , 0.5 cup diced
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, diced
    Green Bell Pepper, 1/2, diced
    *Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast thawed and diced
    *Chicken Boullion, 3 cubes
    Water, tap, 4 cups
    White Rice, long grain, cooked, 2 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    salt
    pepper
    cumin
    chili powder to taste

Directions

Thaw chicken
Dice up chicken and vegetables
Brown chicken in olive oil
Add vegetables and cook until tender
add seasonings
Add water

Serving Size: makes 4 - 6 one cup servings
