The easiest and tastiest guilt free hummus in the world! The easiest and tastiest guilt free hummus in the world!
Number of Servings: 4


    100 gram tin white beans, drained and rinsed
    6 green olives stuffed with pimiento
    teaspoon lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    Freshly ground black pepper


Put everything in a bowl and whizz with a hand mixer. Serve chilled with wholewheat pitta or to really keep the calories down without compromising on taste, serve with celery sticks, julliene carrots and bell peppers.

  • This sounds crazy-good! :) I will certainly make this soon. As a vegan, I live on hummus sandwiches for lunch and usually make it without tahini on my own, but the olives are a great idea! - 7/11/08
