Introduction
A delicious grilled fish. Marinade would work wonerful for other fish varieties as well. The excess marinade once cooked is wonderful on rice! A delicious grilled fish. Ingredients

1/4 cup Orange Juice
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
2 lb Grouper
Directions
Combine sauce ingredients. Marinade fish for at least 30 minutes. Place fish on a lightly oiled grill and cook over high heat. (you can cook on a stove top as well if grill not available). Brush fish with marinade frequently while cooking. Take remaining marinade and boil on stove for 2 minutes to use as extra sauce for fish or to serve on rice!
