Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Orange Juice
    2 Tbsp Oil
    2 Tbsp light Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 Clove Garlic, Minced
    1/2 tsp Ginger
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper
    2 lb Grouper

Directions

Combine sauce ingredients. Marinade fish for at least 30 minutes. Place fish on a lightly oiled grill and cook over high heat. (you can cook on a stove top as well if grill not available). Brush fish with marinade frequently while cooking. Take remaining marinade and boil on stove for 2 minutes to use as extra sauce for fish or to serve on rice!

    Very Good
    I thought this was pretty good. I didn't have lemon juice, so just used orange. Also, I used 1 T of sesame oil instead of 2T oil. Next time to give it more zip I'll use fresh minced ginger instead of powdered. - 8/22/10

    My husband and teen daughter loved it! She went back for seconds, and he wanted to! Was out of OJ, so used mango juice that was in fridge....yummy! dh not fond of brown rice, but admitted it was much better with the sauce. Thanks for the recipe! - 3/22/10
