Ingredients

    Mission 96% Fat Free 8" Tortilla, 1 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 small
    Hashed Browns 0.25 cup
    Jimmy Dean Light Pork Sausage, Cook, 0.5 oz.
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 0.25 cup, shredded


Directions

Cook sausage, set aside. Place onion in pan with potatoes and Butter. Saute, add egg. Cook until done. Slightly Warm Tortilla, and then place egg mixture in tortilla. Add Sausage on top and add cheese. Make burrito and then wrap in plastic wrap until ready to use.
