    .25 C Flour
    .5 t salt
    .25 t black pepper
    4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
    2 t olive oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1T butter
    .5 t dried thyme
    1 c chicken broth
    .25 c lemon juice
    2 T minced frech parsley


In small bowl combine flour, salt, and pepper. Set aside 4 1/2 t of mixture. Sprinkle rest on Chicken. In large non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam, cook chicken over medium heat 7-9 minutes, until no more pink showing and juices run clear. Remove chicken, keep warm. Saute onions in butter, add thyme and reserved flour mixture. Stir until blended. Stir in broth and lemon juice. Bring to boil, cook and stir 2 minutes. Serve sauce over chicken and sprinkled with parsley

I don't think Spark Recipes takes the sauce into account. Give it a try, i like to serve a rice and fresh vegetable with this.
