Ingredients

    1 cup spinach, fresh
    1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
    1/8 cup water
    1/2 sweet potato (cooked at 300 for 45 min, then chilled)
    1 cup mango
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg

Tips

For a cold smoothie, freeze your fruit


Directions

Blend spinach, almond milk and water until smooth. Next add the remaining fruit and blend again.

Serving Size: makes 1 smoothie
