Introduction

This is a great hearty chili with a bit of spice and a little sweet. This is a great hearty chili with a bit of spice and a little sweet.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 lb lean ground chuck
    1 lb breakfast sausage
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalk(s) celery, chopped
    1- 15 oz can(s) kidney beans
    1 large can(s) pinto beans
    1 can(s) whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can(s) tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can(s) chili ready diced tomatoes
    1 can(s) tomato paste
    3-4 Tbsp steak sauce (i used an a-1 type)
    seasoned salt (to taste)
    ground red pepper (to taste)
    2 pkg chili seasoning
    2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin

Directions

1. Brown meat with onions, pepper, and celery. Drain.
I put it in a dutch oven at this point.

2 Add all other ingredients. Allow to simmer until the flavors marry. About 30 minutes-1 hour.
