Ingredients

    2 cans Chicken Broth
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can diced tomatoes w/ garlic, oregano, basil
    1/2 cup chopped carrots
    1/2 cup chopped green beans
    1/2 cup chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
    1/2 cup chopped sugar snap peas
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped zucchini
    1/2 cup chopped yellow summer squash
    1/2 cup celery
    2 cups chopped potatoes
    2 cups chopped chicken breast pre cooked
    2 Tbsp chicken base

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, then reduced to low heat and simmer until potatoes are cooked about 20-30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes aproximately 10-12 1-cup servings
