Introduction

Ingredients

    Old fashioned oats
    Wheat germ
    Coconut
    Almonds
    Dried blueberries
    Canola oil
    Honey
    Orange juice

Tips

When stirring for the first few times, try not to break up the granola too much. Some small clusters are nice.


Directions

In a large bowl, mix oats, wheat germ, and coconut. Stir in almonds and blueberries. Measure oil, honey, and orange juice into a jar. Shake until mixed well. Pour over oat mixture and stir thoroughly. Bake at 200 for 2 hours, stirring about every 15 minutes.
