    ground turkey, onion, salt and pepper (can also use ground beef)

    mix together:
    browned meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans of chicken noodle soup
    1 cup of slow cooking rice (uncooked)
    2 cans water

    mix together and bake for 1:30 at 350
