Ingredients

    2 cups brussel sprouts, quartered
    8 oz chicken breast
    3 tbsp Smart Balance
    2 tsp garlic salt
    2 tsp seasoning salt
    Dash of Black pepper

Directions

Cut chicken into small cuts. Wash and clean the brussel sprouts. Quarter the brussel sprouts and set aside. Add garlic salt to chicken prior to cooking.
Heat skillet with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cook chicken all the way through. Add 3 tbsp of Smart Balance spread. Once the spread has melted, add quartered brussel sprouts and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until sprouts are at the desired tenderness. Add pepper and seasoning salt as desired for taste.

Serving Size: Makes 3 1-cup servings.
