    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 7 extra large
    *Canola Oil, 1 cup
    lemon Extract, 1 tsp
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 10 cup
    Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce
    1.5 cups water 110 degrees


1. take warm water add 3 packages yeast and one table spoon sugar mix set aside to rise about 10 minutes.
2. In large bowl mix sugar, eggs, extract 1 cup flour.
3. Add yeast to bowl with 1/4 cup oil add 3 cups flour mix will. Continue mixing and adding flour and oil. mis mix well only add flour until dough is firm but soft. Place dough in warm spot cover and let rise about 3 hours.
4 Form 4 equal balls or round loaves. Set in warm spot cover let rise.
5. get another egg mix and coat dough sprinkle with sugar cut top slightly to help rise place in warm oven 350 degrees and cook for about 45 minutes or until dark brown.
