Tinkerbell's adaptation of vegan meatloaf Tinkerbell's adaptation of vegan meatloafNumber of Servings: 9
Ingredients

1 1/2c dried lentils
2 large yellow onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2c uncooked brown rice
3/4 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 c pasta sauce
Directions
1. Boil lentils in 3c of water for 30 min and cook rice according to package directions.
2. Heat oil in skillet, dice onions and cook them until transparent.
3. Mix 1c pasta sauce, slightly mashed lentils, rice, spices. Put in well oiled loaf pan. Spread remaining 1/2c pasta sauce on top.
4. Bake for 90 minutes at 300 degrees.
