    2 lbs lean ground beef, raw
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp low-sugar or low-carb ketchup; extra for topping
    1 Tbsp mustard
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 slices bacon, raw, minced


Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Spray mini-loaf pans and divide mixture evenly between loaf wells. Bake at 375 F for about 30 minutes, until thermometer reaches 140-145 F. After 10 minutes of baking time, carefully pour or spoon fat from top of loaves and dot tops with ketchup.
