Ingredients

    1lb 99% ff ground turkey
    2 cans black beans
    1c uncooked brown rice
    *avocado or salsa if desired

Tips

This will make 4 bowls which are great for lunches. Top with salsa or avocado before eating, but be sure to count those calories as they are not factored in!


Directions

Cook the brown rice according to package directions
Drain and rinse the black beans
Brown the turkey and add taco seasoning and water according to package directions
Layer 2/3 c rice in the bottom of a bowl
Add 1/2 c beans on top
Add 4oz turkey taco mix on top

Serving Size: makes 4 servings of 2/3 cup rice with 1/2 cup beans and 4 oz turkey
