    0.25 c Canola Oil
    2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
    4 tsp Dill
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    0.25 tsp Granulated Sugar
    0.25 tsp Black Pepper
    0.125 tsp Salt
    2 medium Zucchini
    1 large Carrot
    0.5 English Cucumber


- Prepare the dressing by whisking together oil, vinegar, dill, lemon juice, sugar, pepper and salt
- Using a vegetable peeler and cutting lengthwise, make ribbons of zucchini, carrot and cucumber. There should be about 2 cups zucchini, 1 cup carrot and 1 cup cucumber.
- Combine vegetables in a bowl
- Add dressing and toss to combine
