Ingredients

    1 lb. Pork Loin
    2 cups cooked White Rice
    2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    1 cup frozen Peas and Carrots
    2 large scrambled Eggs
    1 pkg Sun Bird Fried Rice Seasoning Mix

Directions

Cook the rice and set aside. In a wok, cook the pork in the oyster sauce. Add remaining ingredients and cook til done. Makes 6 1-cup servings.
