Ingredients

    Chicken stock
    Carrot
    Onion
    Celery
    Garlic
    Sherry
    Wild Rice (pre-cooked in water)
    Rotisserie chicken

Directions

Cook wild rice.
Bring stock to a boil while chopping vegetables.
Add vegetables and simmer for 20-30min until soft.
Add chicken and wild rice.
Add sherry & simmer for 20min.
Serve.
