    4 Eggs
    1 Package Thin Sliced Turkey
    2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
    4 Slices Toasted Wheat Bread


- Spray a 4 cups of a muffin tin with non-stick spray
- Layer turkey in the bottom/sides of each muffin tray
- Drizzle .5 tablespoon maple syrup into cup of turkey
- Carefully add egg into each cup so turkey holds the egg
- Bake on 350degrees for 22 minutes
- Serve over toast
