Ingredients

    1 box Corn bread mix
    1 can Diced Tomatoes/Green Chilies
    1/lb Ground Beef, Lean
    1 can Black Beans
    1/2 can Corn

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain.
mix in corn, tomatoes/green chilies, and beans.
simmer
mix up cornbread as directed on box
pour all ingredients into casserole dish and bake 15-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 5-6 servings
