Ingredients

    5 cups large flake oats
    1 cup hemp hearts
    1 tsp salt

    2 cups apple sauce
    2 cups pear or mango juice
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    5 tbsp olive (or flax) oil

Tips

Eat warm or freeze and reheat for on-the-go breakfasts


Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet in another. Mix wet into dry and ladle into 20 to 24 paper-lined muffin tins.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
