    two boneless skinless chicken breasts1 large onion, small can of corn, one can of black beans, 1 jalapeno, 1 cup of salsa verde, small can of rotel, 1 can of chicken broth, teaspoon of cumin, teaspoon chili powder, 2 tablespoons canola oil, black pepper to taste.


Chop and saute onion and jalapeno in oil with spices in a saucepan. Add chicken (chopped) and cook until onion is translucent. Cover with can of broth, tomatoes/chilies, and green salsa and simmer until chicken is done. Add beans and corn and simmer a while. Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips or cornbread.
