Introduction

This is for Easter brunch at the pastor's house.....don't eat but a tiny bit! This is for Easter brunch at the pastor's house.....don't eat but a tiny bit!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    skim milk
    Dream Whip
    graham crackers
    vanilla
    cocoa
    butter
    pudding (sugar-free fat-free) vanilla
    white sugar

Directions

Makes 15 servings. Mix pudding and milk together.
Add Dream Whip package (already whipped) into pudding and mix. Place graham crackers on bottom of 13X9 pan. Place 1/2 of pudding mixture in bottom of pan and repeat with graham crackers. Place remaining pudding mixture on top of these crackers and put graham crackers on top. In a saucepan, mix cocoa and sugar together over heat. Add butter, vanilla, and milk to cocoa mixture. Boil for 1 minute. Let cool. Pour over graham cracker delight and place in the fridge. It is best when it has at least 12-24 to set.

  • Everything else is so low fat / low cal - you could switch this to being a more frequent treat if you bagged the butter / cocoa and made a topping with melted chocolate chips (1/3 - 1/2 cup and a little skim milk) Spread over the top and life just got sweeter! :) - 5/24/08
