Ingredients

    tofu
    mushrooms
    onion
    red bell pepper
    olive oil
    nutritional yeast
    thyme, 1tsp
    cumin, 2 tsp
    tumeric, 1/2 tsp
    water 3TBSP
    salt, 1tsp
    garlic ,3 cloves

Directions

mix spices and salt into water...set aside....saute onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 min...over med high heat, add tofu, mushrooms and bell pepper, sauté 10 min scraping bottom once in awhile, letting tofu get crusty....add in spice mix....add in nut yeast.....warm through...enjoy
