Ingredients

    2 eggs
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 cup lowfat buttermilk
    1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup oat bran
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. (It's easier if you beat eggs and mix the rest of the liquid ingredients in the bowl first, and then add the dry ingredients).
2. Cook 1/4 cup amounts on hot nonstick pan greased with cooking spray until bubbles form on top.
Turn and brown other side.

Yield: 12 - 16 pancakes. 1 serving is a 1/4 of the batch.
