Ingredients

    1 medium apple, cored, peeled and sliced thin
    1/2 TBS unsalted butter
    1 TBS packed brown sugar
    1/2 TBS cinnamon

Directions

1. Melt butter and sugar in saucepan over medium heat.

2. Stir in apples and coat.

3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and toss to coat thoroughly.

4. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes over medium low heat, until apples are completely soft and sauce is caramelized.

5. Add a little bit of water if you want a more liquid version.
