Ingredients

2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
cherry or grape tomatoes
fresh spinach
small white onion
garlic
mrs Dash
oil
cream
frozen mixed vegetables
Tips
can make entire thing with egg whites.
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. chop all vegetables into small cubes and cut tomatoes in half.
2.) Microwave vegetable mix until steaming.
3.) In a small Bowl combine eggs, egg whites, cream, and mrs dash. Wisk
4.) in a small saute pan heat oil and add garlic, tomatoes, onions and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
5.) add cooked vegetable mix and turn using a spoon or spatula to distribute oil.
6.) Pour egg mixture into pan and place entire pan into oven for about ten minutes or until eggs turn firm.
7.) cut in half and serve.
