    1.25 cup bob redmill 5 grain ceria
    1 cup quaker oatmeal
    3 tbs choc chips
    2 packages of stevia or other sweatener
    Dash cinniman

    2tbs veg. oil
    2 small bananas mashed
    1.5 tsp vanilla
    1 1/3 cup water


mix dry ingredients in bowl, in anther bowl (bigger) mash banana and add other wet ingreds. mix. then add dry to wet

Put in cupcake tins, bake 20 min at 380. Makes 12
