    Pioneer low fat baking mix 1 cup
    Milk 2% 1/3 cup
    Water 1/3 cup
    Canola oil 1 table spoon
    dark brown sugar 2 teaspoon
    karo dark 1 tablespoon
    egg white large fresh beaten with dash of salt
    1/2 pint of fresh blue berries


My batter was too dry I added milk. It took 19 minutes in a PREHEATED convection oven.


1. dissolve sweetening in 1/3 cup warm water
2. hand beat egg white, add dash of salt
3. mix together liquids, 1 cup low fat baking mix
4. batter was too dry added 1/3 cup, a little at a time for moist batter.
5.fold in blueberries, divide into 6 lined muffin tins.Bake 20 minute
