Number of Servings: 8


    1 Cup Half and Half (or use Heavy cream if you can handle the calories)
    16 ounces softened Lowfat cream cheese (Neuchaftel)
    8 ounces Lowfat Sour Cream
    1 box Sugar-Free Lemon Jello
    1 packet plain gelatin
    1/4 cup cool water
    3 Tablespoons lemon juice
    2-4 Tablespoons granular splenda (optional)


Heat cream in medium saucepan to simmer stage.
Add cream cheese and stir to mix well.
Sprinkle plain gelatin and lemon Jello over cool water and mix to dissolve.
Stir this mixture into cream and cream cheese mixture; bring back to a simmer.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, whisking well to blend.
Pour into pie tin or individual containers and refrigerate until set.
