Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large
    1/4 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk
    Organic valley organic sharp cheddar cheese, 2 oz )
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Black Pearls Large Black Olives - 4, 2 serving
    Pepper, black, .125 tsp
    Kosher Salt, 0.125 tsp
    olive oil spray

Directions

DIce garlic & onions finely. Slice olives. Shred cheese. Mix eggs and milk. Heat skillet and spray with olive oil. Saute veggies. Add egg mixture, cheese and olives and stir until well combined.
