Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Pound Elk Meat, Raw
    1/2 C Finely Chopped Onions, Raw
    1 large Egg, Raw
    1/2 C Spinach, frozen,Thawed (Chopped Fresh will work)
    1 tsp Garlic, minced
    1tsp Italian Seasoning

    Mix ingredients by hand, Roll into 1oz Balls.
    Place in Lightly Sprayed Baking dish

    Nutritional value is based on 1 Meatball!

Tips

Serve as is, Topped with cheese or with your favorite sauce.

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
