    1/2 Chicken Breast, no skin,
    1/2 C Carrots
    1/2 oz Sour cream, fat free
    1/2 oz Velveeta Cheese Spread
    5 oz Red Potato diced
    1/4 C Mushrooms, fresh sliced
    Water to cover


Cook chicken and veggies. Add mushrooms, sour cream and cheese. Simmer. 3 - 1/2 C serving
