    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp RF mayo
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    Salt & pepper to taste
    old bay seasoning


bring eggs to boil, turn off heat, cover, and cook for 11 minutes.

once eggs are coll enough to handle, peel, slice in half lengthwise, and remove yokes,

combine yokes, mayo, mustard and S&P, wisk together. Pipe back into egg white shells. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.

refigerate for 20 minutes, serve cold.
