    *Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 18 oz
    *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1.25 cup
    *Giant Eagle Organic Skim Milk, 1 cup
    *shallot, 5 tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    *Three Cheese Blend shredded cheese, 1.33 cup
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Honey Baked Ham Company Sliced Boneless Ham, 12 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Italian Seasoning to taste


Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cook macaroni to package directions. Drain and set aside when done.
While cooking pasta, chop ham into chunks.
Add butter and shallot to pan and saute. Add garlic and other spices to taste.
Add milk and shredded mozzarella and three cheese blend. Add all but 1/4 cup of parmesan. Reduce heat and stir until cheese is melting.
Add ham to cheese and stir.
Add pasta to ham and cheese. Stir thoughroughly then transfer to casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
