    2 pounds fettucine
    4 cups broccoli
    2 Tb. vegetable or olive oil
    2 pounds chicken breast, cut into small cubes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper


Cook fettucine according to package instructions.
Add broccoli for the last 4 minutes. Drain and rinse.

While cooking fettucine, heat oil in a frying pan at medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until brown. Add soup, milk, cheese, and pepper. Heat. Bring to a boil. Stirring often. Lower heat.
add drained fettucine and broccoli when done. Stir and serve.

Make 20 servings of about 1 1/2 cups.
