ingredients needed:
1.5 cups Apple Sauce (Great Value Unsweetened)
1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain ground into a four texture
1 Cup Cranberries, whole and cooked in oven for about 15 min at 350
1 1/4 Cup Flour, white
1/3 Cup brown sugar light (Domino)
1/2 Cup Almonds ground
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Olivio Coconut Spread, 4 tbsp
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup hershey white chocolate chips
1. Place a cup of the fresh cranberries on a baking sheet and let them cook at 350 for approx. 15 minutes just enough to where they are starting to burst. when they are done pull out and let cool.
2. While your cranberries are cooling take one cup of oats and blend in a food processor (or a ninja chopper is what i used) until it is fine like flour
3. Next mix in a bowl the coconut butter, vanilla and sugars. mix for about a minute then add the chopped almonds, oatmeal flour you made and white flour and mix well then add the baking soda, salt and chocolate chips.
drop on a baking sheet in tablespoon amounts and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 10 minutes. makes about 38 cookies.
