Ingredients

    10 oz soft tofu (organic GMOFree)
    1/2 c vegan mayonnaise
    1/2 c canned coconut milk (full fat)
    1/4 cup white onion (chopped)
    3 cloves fresh garlic (chopped)
    1 lemon (juiced)
    1/2 lime (juiced)
    1 tsp salt
    fresh cracked black pepper to taste
    for the spices...
    1/2 cup of any combination of these fresh spices
    parsley, basil, thyme, mint, dill, cilantro, oregano

Tips

My recipe yielded about three cups of dressing.


Directions

Spin all of the ingredients in a food processor, till well blended. refrigerate, and serve on salads or as a veggie dip.
