Ingredients

    4 garlic cloves
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger
    6 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 tbsp water

Directions

Place all ingredients in a small food processor or blender.
Puree until smooth.

    Very Good
    We really liked this dressing. It was good. The only problem is that it is so high in sodium that I personally can't have it that often. I really liked it though. - 8/30/09
