Ingredients

    1 c. almond flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/8 tsp. liquid stevia drops
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. pumpkin or cooked winter squash
    2 TBS. agave nectar
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

Grease a small loaf pan (7 x 3), and line with parchment paper down one side, across the bottom and up the opposite side (leaving two sides without parchment).

Combine wet ingredients - add dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes.


Serving Size: Cut into about 16 thin slices
