    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 8 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    bell peppers .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 0.5 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shredded
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1.5 oz


Brown beef, drain, add onions garlic, peppers, sauté for a few minutes to soften. Add salt, pepper, cumin, soup and water. Bring to boil, stir in rice cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Mix cabbage into meat mixture and put in casserole. Cover and bake about 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes then sprinkle on the cheese and bake a few minutes more until the cheese melts
