Ingredients

    1 can (3 oz) light tuna in water, drained
    1/4 cup onion chopped fine
    1 stalk celery chopped
    1/4 c. pickle relish, drained
    1 Tbsp mustard
    3 Tbsp fat free mayonnaise

Tips

You can add oat bran or wheat germ to add fiber and absorb any excess liquid.


Directions

Combine all together.
Use in sandwich or on top of salad.
