    2 boxes (4 servings) Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Orange Jello
    8 ounces Cream Cheese, Fat Free
    1 container Cool Whip Free
    1 large can Mandarin oranges, no sugar added
    1 can Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added
    2 cups Water


Open pineapple and mandarin orange cans and drain, reserving liquid. Add ice cubes to equal 2 cups. Boil 2 cups of water and mix, following directions, into 2 boxes of orange Jello mix. Chill until semi-set. In mixer, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add soft Jello and mix. Add pineapple and oranges, continue to mix, slowly. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set.

This recipe makes a BIG bowl of Jello salad - and that's a good thing because everyone loves it!!!
