Introduction

This is a good sauce for topping any breakfast sausage, veggie patty or egg. This is a good sauce for topping any breakfast sausage, veggie patty or egg.

Ingredients

    1 10oz. pkg sliced mushrooms
    2 stalks celery
    2 green onions
    1 Anaheim pepper
    2 o3 3 small peppers (hot or medium, as desired)
    Olive oil

Tips

Save in container in fridge.
I use on egg or veggie patty.
Cover the cooked patty or egg with a piece of cheese of your choice, a small amount of bottled salsa, and about 1/4 cup of this sauce . Saute until cheese starts to melt. Season to taste.


Directions

Finely chop all ingredients. Saute in olive oil until transparent.



Serving Size: Makes enough for 3 to 4 servings
