Ingredients

    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. blackberries (fresh preferably)
    1 T honey
    Ice as needed

Tips

If it's not sweet enough for you, add 1 additional T of honey.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until berries are blended into the milk and add ice until the smoothie is the consistency you prefer.

Serving Size: Makes 2 8 oz. smoothies
