Ingredients

    1 Can Black Beans 540 ML
    1 Can Red Kidney Beans 540 ML
    1 Can Black Beans 540 ML
    1 Can White Kidney Beans 540 ML
    1 can Pinto Beans 540 ML
    1 Cup Frozen Sweet Corn
    3/4 Cup Chopped Onions
    1/5 Cup Chopped Red Peppers
    6 T Chopped Garlic
    2 Bottles Tomato Puree
    6 Cups Water
    4 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    8 T Chili Powder (or to taste)

Tips

Top with a spoonful of Lactose Free Sour Cream and Lemon or Lime Zest and a squirt of fresh juice!


Directions

saute onions and peppers in olive oil, add garlic and saute until translucent. Adds rinsed and drained beans. Add pureed tomatoes and 6 cups water. Add spices and corn.
Simmer 1 hour (or more) on low heat
