Ingredients

    1/2 cup Jiff crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 c flaxseed
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1c rolled oats
    1tsp. Vanilla
    1/3c honey
    1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Tips

Can add chopped date, walnuts, cinnamon, etc.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and roll into balls. (I use a tables spoon to measure each.)

Place in airtight container and refrigerate! (Hurry! If not they may not make it before eaten!)
